At FotoLab Studio AI, we’re committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated headshots that you’ll love. However, we understand that AI-generated results may not always meet expectations. If you’re unsatisfied with your headshots, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund IF AND ONLY IF the following conditions are met:
- Your uploaded photos comply with our guidelines.
- The quality of your AI-generated headshots depends on the photos you upload. We provide clear instructions during the upload process to help you achieve the best results. If the photos you uploaded did not meet our guidelines, you may not qualify for a refund.
- You have not downloaded any headshots.
- Previewing your AI-generated headshots is allowed, but once a file has been downloaded, it is considered used, and refunds will not be granted.
- You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your AI-generated headshots.
- Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
What Doesn’t Qualify for a Refund
We strive to be fair, but in order to prevent misuse, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Not following upload instructions: If your uploaded photos do not meet our guidelines, and this affects the final output, we cannot issue a refund.
- Downloading any AI-generated headshots: If you have downloaded any of your AI-generated photos, the purchase is considered final.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery: Refunds will not be granted beyond the 7-day window.
Redo Policy
Before issuing a refund, we may attempt to regenerate a new set of AI headshots for you at no additional cost. If we are unable to generate at least a few good headshots even after a redo, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
